These terms apply to your use of thesaffronfactory.com and any purchase you make from The Saffron Factory ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Every candle is hand-poured with saffron threads set in by hand, so color, thread placement and appearance vary from tin to tin. That variation is not a defect.

Candles are not food

The saffron in our candles is for fragrance and appearance only. Do not eat the wax or the threads. Always follow the safety instructions on the label and on our Candle Care & Safety page. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, including leaving a candle unattended or burning it outside the stated guidelines.

Preorders

When you preorder, you pay now for a product that will ship later. Ship dates are estimates based on a growing crop. If we can't meet the stated date, we'll notify you with a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund. You may cancel any preorder before it ships.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your card information.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Lab results and content

Lab results we publish reflect the specific samples tested on the dates shown. Photos, text, videos and branding on this site, including "The Saffron Factory" and "Red Gold Kingpin," belong to us and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
